Recording images or movies

You can connect the camera (sold separately) for the PSP™ system and record still images or movies. Recorded still images or movies are saved on Memory Stick Duo™ media.
Use the camera feature of the PSP™ system in a responsible manner.

Preparing for use

1.	Connect the camera to the system. For instructions on connecting the camera, refer to the instruction manual for the camera.
2.	Select (Camera) under (Photo). The camera is now ready to record images or movies.

Recording still images

Press the R button while the camera is on standby.

Hint

The recorded image is saved on Memory Stick Duo™ media. You can view the image in the Digital Camera Images folder under (Photo).

Recording movies

1.	Press the SELECT button while the camera is on standby. The camera switches to movie recording mode and the screen displays [Standby].
2.	Press the R button. (Record) is displayed on the screen and recording begins. Press the R button again to stop recording.

Hint

The recorded movie is saved on Memory Stick Duo™ media. You can view the movie from the Digital Camera Recordings folder under (Video).
